What Aftermarket Front Sway Bar Did You Put On Your 1969 Charger?

What aftermarket sway bar and mounts did you put on your 69 B Body?  I'm looking into options for my  a 69 Charger, factory 440 auto.  I'd like something that just bolts in, so my options are to open revert to the spindly stock sway bar at a later date.  The rest of the suspension will likely stay the original 440 equipment.

It looks like there are several options out there, what would you recommend from your experience?

While I personally have no experience with FF sway bars they seem to be a good "go to place" for all things related to to steering/suspension for mopars.

They have a pro-touring one too if you want a smaller lighter one.

You can use your existing mounting points for the new sway bar mounts, or you can weld it on. I used the existing holes from my factory bar. It's not as cheap as the pts, but it has greaseable points. And it is pretty thick

The roll stiffness of the front & rear ends should be kept in proportion to each other. 

The car already has mild understeer with the factory setup.  Stiffening the front sway bar alone would push it into severe understeer.  It needs a (small) rear sway bar too.

Thanks for the tips.  And, just to be clear, I'm not trying to make an autocrosser out of it; I just want to lessen the body lean when driving around town.

Has anyone tried out the Adco bars?

You can go a notch stiffer than stock without making an autocrosser out of it.  The OEM setup was too soft (by modern standards) because the original bias-ply tires couldn't use anything stiffer 50 years ago.  

The unibody itself could use some basic stiffening mods too, if you haven't done that.

I used the Hellwig hollow bar & am happy with it...I have since painted it black to blend in better...

Yup.  The front bushing brackets arent as big as the FF ones so they really dont stand out too much.  Thats the "look" I was going for......larger bar without the  "in your face" look

With the addition of the Bilstein shocks & the rear sway bar as well I really noticed a difference.  The front swsay bar was the last piece I installed & noticed a tighter feeling around turns etc...less wallowing....
