Is there a out-of-car testing procedure for the gauges on a 2nd Gen Charger? Want to test the 4 gauges....

The ammeter can be tested by just hooking up one wire to the battery positive terminal and then use another wire to very quickly complete the circuit to a ground away from the battery.  It should spark and cause the needle to move.

for calibration I don't know beside a variable voltage souce... but only to know if they works, with just a 9 volts batt on gauge studs for 1 or 2 seconds, needle should moves quick to up.

except ammeter, that was already stated
