I used AMD, the vent windows were a little off

I put an AMD windshield in my car earlier this year. I had help with a glass guy that does all of our Chargers..it went in super easy. He said it was the easiest one he ever did on a Charger. Not sure if it was the cut or correct thickness that made the difference. It looks great..it is not as green as original tinted windows, but much closer to the original color as anything else out there.

I don't have a problem with the amd windshield . Just the side and back glass . Sides are kinda wavey and the tempering leaves weird marks in the glass.

Well they just sold their glass plaints to some one in Mexico. They must of got out of glass because they aren't making big money on it. :shruggy:

I bought some new AMD stuff from a supplier here in Australia a few years ago, I haven't fitted the front or rear screens yet but I know the side glass is thicker than original. The side windows are hard to wind up and down now. I'm looking at going back to the original stuff now as it's starting to destroy the glass seals.

now that you mention it, i have the same issue with my door glass, i have to open the door to roll it up or down.  the rear glass goes up and down smooth though
