Probably all of use have used brake cleaner from a spray can.

The difference between " chlorinated " & " non-chlorinated " can save your life.

I usually buy chlorinated - you seem to get a little more.

Never gave it much thought.

Thank you for posting this link.  It can serve as a reminder that one needs to respect chemicals and what they can do when used inappropriately.  The chemical warning labels on containers are there for a reason, but there are some that choose to ignore the advice....

FYI: Phosgene (COCl2) was first developed by Germany in WWI as a toxic wartime gas.  It does have many industrial applications.
