I am needing Torsion bars and am at crossroads, trying to decide whether to stick with stock or go with the HP stock bars. Car has aluminum heads and intake, so I have dropped 25-35 lbs off the nose, which suggest using the stock .880, but when I calculate the wheel rate out, it is almost dead inbetween stock and HP stock.
Car has HP stock (.940) now.

Firm Feel rep I talked to says to think about 1", but I am starting to think that will be to much for my car. But he argued the 73 & up cars have longer bars and will not give me a harsh ride.

What do you guys think?

Talked several times. I went 1.06 FF Bars on BB car, and I think after install them 1" was really enough. SB car should be enough one step lower
