I'd like to get some information about certain matters and i need a lawyer to deal with this particular matter. Not criminal or illegal issue this is.
I'm in Hungary so that's why i can't just waltz into any lawyer's office. If anyone is one, could you get in touch with me,please?

Thank you!

Ok,since nobody replied I will tell you what's all about!
I have been trying to immigrate to the States for 4 years now with my family, playing the green card lottery but no luck so far!
I just learned that one of the guys at work has a brother who just got his green card and he only had to do was get a lawyer.Don't know any details just yet as what and how they did it but that's why I was looking for a lawyer !There must be a back door around the immigration system otherwise he could not get the green card!
So that was my reason starting  this thread in hope of someone could point me to the right direction!

Did he also have a potential job in the US?  I have no real clue on how the green card system works except that if you have a job and a company is backing the green card the process is a lot quicker.  One of my co-workers was on that system.  Than again he also almost lost it once since the company is a big bureaucratic mess at times and they were late with paperwork.

You need to talk to these guys...........

Didn't have a job as he went out there with a tourist visa,so could not get a job.
Last year I had a promising offer from the third biggest event company that my English company I worked at bought  out! They were great at first and was going to sponsor me but missed the deadline to the paperwork because their attorney had only a week to prepare it.So they told me they stay in touch and next year, this year, will start  the process. However after a few months they stopped responding to me and the Ceo of my company. My ceo knows me for 10 years and they value me a lot so he put a word in for me.He sent a few emails asking about the sudden change but he said they haven't replied back!

So who knows,if they really hadn't replied or he just said that but got no more emails from that company.

My wife and I are both educated, have money, both speak English and sure as hell don't want to live on state handouts.
But it looks like the States only accept people whom got none of these qualities. They hand out green cards to gypsies because they say they are targeted in Europe.Which is a huge bs since they could not integrate in 200 years and only livelihood they have is criminal activities.
But this bloody EU and our corrupted government pours money into the system to help them out. They get free houses and monthly payments to help them. They ruin those houses, sell what is removable and cry for being treated wrong.
And your country NEEDS more people like them???

Last year I posted about the number of green cards hand outs by your government. They give Hungary 250 green cards but to African nations 2-3000 every year!!!There are a lot of countries in Africa and almost each of them get a few thousand a year while European countries get a few hundred!

If that's not racism against white then what is?

Well, according to this 2012 article, the US lets in about a million people per year legally....

http://www.politifact.com/florida/statements/2012/jun/20/marco-rubio/marco-rubio-says-us-admits-1-million-immigrants-ye/

And as of 2014, we have 11.3 illegals living in the US....

http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2015/11/19/5-facts-about-illegal-immigration-in-the-u-s/

Sorry if this offends anyone, but it leads one to ask; how many more immigrants does the US need?

That being said, if we are to take in immigrants, we need to take in ones that are of value to our country, not those that are a burden. Unfortunately, we are not doing that.

Heh....for all the talk about illegals "stealing jobs", I'm more worried about the legal, educated, english speaking immigrants who steal the good high paying jobs from Americans. I say they are the ones we need to keep out...we can always use more day laborers and domestic workers.

So what's your budget range for a lawyer? Most of the ones I know charge about $250-350 an hour.

There are immigration lawyers who do just this, it'll cost you though.

I've been here almost ten years and it was a damn long, and very costly, process. Unless you have a medical degree or anything else that's in high demand, there's no easy way in here. Not legally anyway. But there are ways.

Find an immigration lawyer and see what your options are. You may be able to get a student visa as long as you enroll in a program that results in a degree that they can use over here. Only one of you has to do so, the other can ride the visa as a spouse, get a work permit and get a job. You'll then be eligible for a green card after 5 years I think.

Do it right, don't mess around. If you cheat the system and they catch on then you'll be banned from ever living here, permanently. And if you cheat and they catch on after you've been living here for 20 years, they'll deport your ass.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

OR

Just get to Mexico. Its easy. From there, I know a guy who knows a guy who can get you across the border as long as youre not afraid of dark, confined spaces. He'll then set you up with a green card, an ID, and a working Social Security number for about a grand. He wont discriminate against you because youre white, the only color he cares about is green. Dollar green.

You may have to change your name tho. But since you'll have those documents, if you get a job youll have to pay taxes and all that, so you wont have to feel guilty about freeloading. Just gotta be careful...I know another guy who got a SSN, started working and paying into it, and a few months later got hit up for child support that the guy who the number belonged to hadnt been paying for a few years.  :icon_smile_big:

Thanks guys!

Dino,I don't want to cheat the system as I have a 3 year old and a 14 year old so I don't want any trouble.I just thought if someone is a lawyer here could give me some info how it's doable. The guy's brother at work went out on a tourist visa and after 6-7 months he got his green card and social security number.I don't know how he did it but done it with a lawyer, legally.
Once I'm back from my holiday I'm gonna get the details from him. There has to be a way if he did it.
