scraping noise when turning my wheel

Took my car out for it's first run this weekend and I noticed that when I turn the steering wheel around I hear a metallic scraping noise in the steering wheel.  Heard it at the end or the year last year but didn't think much of it.  Anything I can check??

Pop the steering wheel off, it's probably the spring loaded button for the horn contact. It should be pretty self explanatory once the wheel is off.
