wheel and tire packages?

Has anyone bought from performance plus tires? They mount and balance free w/ free shipping on wheel and tire packages. Thanks for any info

I bought wheels and tires for my Cuda in November from these guys.  Mounted, balanced, shipped and threw in new lug nuts!  Best price for tire/wheels package and I looked for over 3 months.  I was so impressed that I just ordered Weld ProStars and M/T Sportsman S/Rs for my Charger from them. I have dealt with Christian for both transactions, great guy.

You could also try custom wheels market in CA.
Fair pricing free shipping mount/balance & lugs as well.
