Thoughts on true "survivor". VIN tag seems to be heavily painted.. both screws painted. No hood pad on an undercoat car. Does the undercoat look correct??  (and if so so is mine!  )

Now just to find a bag of cash and trade him my 440-4 !

Having owned a survivor Superbird, I can definitely say the engine bay, fender tag, and most likely the trunk have been re-painted.

NOM, exhaust doesn't appear original, nor does the finish on the rear axle, so some stuff has been apart.

Ebay seller claims original tires, but window sticker claims "WSW" tires - white side wall?

Nice car for someone looking for a Hemi Bird.  It was quietly for sale a few years ago for $375K, so reserve is probably north of $400K now.

Cool car, but the term "Survivor" obviously means different things to different people.
For me the repainted rear end knocks the car down a few notches.
