whats happened to the forum layout ?

check disc space. Ive seen browsers  use low rez images and replacements when disc space is low.

Hey Tan, I've had that "look" before.  I had thought it was internet disruption, it's as though only a partial page comes thru and the format is lost, and then some sort of default format appears, temporarily.  So it's not you and yes it goes away.

That can happen for a couple of reasons:
1. Your browser has run out of resources and hasn't finished rendering the page
2. The style sheet from the web site didn't get loaded (slow connection, corrupted or missing file, etc.).

 ah I see ,  no idea how anything would have changed on my computer , I  touch as little as possible  , seeing as I know very little about them        , thanks for the replies & information Guys ! appreciated    

it does seem to be running a little slow  !!  going to attempt  a look for a corrupted file & may be a clean up thingy to free space & have a look in action centre thingy ! later !    if i'm never to be seen again  on here  ! things did not go well     ....
