How tight is the nut for this bolt supposed to be? Looks like the brake rod rotates around the shaft of the bolt. Manual brakes, '69 Charger.

Tighten the nut like any other; the shoulder on the bolt is slightly longer than the thickness of the pushrod eye, this prevents binding the pushrod when the nut is tightened.
