     , MTD  , aka dirty turbin  , went & had a look at a similar  optioned charger to this , & it was a mess ,  unfinished project  , body had been done &  in all honesty needed stripping to bare metal & redoing again  ,   just had a quick look for the thread , cant find it as of yet   , very much doubt its the same one !! unless its been redone already  

looks ok, good  from pictures  ,     see a few things wrong  

every time I see  a gold  68 hemi charger  , I think of the guy who had the black cut up body shell  of a charger race car  , which had the fender tad &  vin plate stolen,  his was gold with gold interior , originally  I think .

Is this the same Charger that had the rear windshield trim missing or installed incorrectly

Seems that I remember a gold 68 Charger in the past and the trim was messed up or missing some pieces

yes I think you might be right , rings a bell , I remember the motor was out  ,   think suspension was off too , or some of it , unless im getting comfused with another , the  body & paint was very poor ! also had  micro blisters ( trapped moisture under paint primer ) , been looking for the thread it was in , but cant find it
