Need opinion - What is market price for my 70 charger?

Not that I am trying to sell it now, but my accountant is asking me to determine a true market value for the vehicle for other reasons.  I know I would never get what I spent in the vehicle restoration/modification process but just wanted to hear from those that are knowledgeable of the market.

The motor picture was from before I finished the engine bay.  It has the wiper motor and mastercylinder now.

The $40-45k is in line with what I was expecting.
