Nacho,

Tires have recommended rim width from the manufacture.  I would say you are fine.  Often people disreguard that info.  Realize they usually only wear different outside the recommended size.  AGAIN with in reason.

Nacho, you could out those 255/60-15 on a 8 inch wheel with no problems at all. In fact, a 6 inch wheel is a bit to narrow in my opinion.

GreenMachine

The Summit Racing catalog has a chart for that: 245/60-15  6" to 8"  and 275/60-15  8" to 10". They don't have your size but it looks like it would be 7" to 8".
If it ain't broke, fix it 'till it is.

yes I know I can use them on 7", but from new tires... my question is about no problems on refit SAME USED tires on another width rims, since maybe surface will be contacted on street on different way.

Thanks guys...

Nacho-RT74

hahaha... maybe

talking about rims again... I found 4 15x6 Keystone Klassic what I want to convert on to 15x7... piece of cake, that is possible to do it here just removin center and installing/welding them on another ring.

My question is they need to be rechromed... do you know what kind of material are they ? Iron ? Steel ? aluminium ?

OK just went to a welding shop, and they told me center keystones rims are aluminium, welded on to iron ring. and they told me NOBODY IN VENEZUELA welds aluminium to iron... so they gave me a better option.
Polish the center area of rim, weld also on to aluminium Ring ( available here )... get everything polished, that will look like chromed

what do you think guys about a complete aluminium polished "keystone" rims ?
