Aiding and abetting terrorists in San Bernardino.

So the friend that supplied the guns for the San Bernardino terrorist attack is being charged.  He's supposedly admitted plotting a different attack 3 years ago with his now dead terrorist friend.   :rotz: :flame:
This guy needs to go down as a terrorist.  He's violated the patriot act and should never be allowed to walk the streets of this country again.

What needs to go down is to kill the parents of the terrorists. Make them pay. They know their kids. They are terrorists by association. At the least, throw them in Guantanamo for the duration. War is hell

Meh.  I'm not convinced that parents always know.  Even normal parents can get fooled.

IIRC the Columbine high school shooters' parents didn't seem to have any idea how messed up their kids were.

Obviously they weren't great parents in hindsight.  But they didn't stand out for being bad ones either.

I cant believe a parent doesn't know his kids no matter what they say. They know their children and know what they are capable of or not capable of. They have insight that no others have. And even if they don't. Tuff crap, kill them anyway. War is hell and it just came to America. Now get rid of the vermin.
The columbine guy was out to lunch. He was not a jihadist. His parents new he was out to lunch. If they didn't they were also retards. Gene pool.

Some do know, some know something's not normal and some know nothing at all.    :Twocents:  I think most know something's up with their kids and signs are there but nobody wants to believe their child is that sick or capable of such terror.
As for the ones that did know, they should have some sort of shared responsibility.

Unless we start having lot of mass shooters under the age of 16-17 this whole line of thinking is academic.

These guys are mostly college-aged and up.

In at least a few of these cases the parents tried to get help for their children and it wasn't available for a number of reasons.  As a society we could do more for mental health issues just to help our society.  ISIS is setting a new lower standard for child care that seems to include elimination of the problem.

Well it looks like at least one that aided and abetted in the San Bernardino shooting has some splaning to do. :2thumbs:

Another item of good news is attention to ----following the money---- (that funds Isis) that comes from the United Nations.  Normally the UN is just a chat session for making nice to eachother. I see this as no different aside the publicity of the idea. :shruggy:

If a credit lock was put on Isis (cancel their damn cards geez) they would begin to wither quickly. I get that they have grown big from oil money but that particular oil can burn on the sand it comes from and be of much better use as a way to help us with warming our planet than paying for that black flag. :brickwall:

The fact that such a small vulnerable attack army can grab the throat of the world is embarrassing to all of us.

It's getting to the point that --inaction, --or lack of action--- against Isis (and the like) is sorta like letting the bully have his way and giving the lunch money in advance hoping you won't get slapped again. ---Is this not abetting?? :slap: :slap: :slap:

I'm without a clue when it comes to understanding what Isis is all about as it has developed/grown.-- I read the news but the media has put a kibosh on reality.

What I do know is that the basic nature of human conflict starts when we open our eyes. We seem to have a genetic programming that makes us test what we see and feel. Those that have not yet had kids will find out about this when they do.

First comes an attack. It's a random move sorta like testing the water. ----A reason for the attack could be just about anything.
Second comes the retaliation for the attack. It is a response for the attack.

The original start of the conflict is lost quickly.  The fight is on. :eek2:

I recall something that stuck in my mind from a few years ago.----

I was driving down a residential street near where I live and their were six or eight kids walking in the middle of the street. They were about eight to twelve years old by my estimate. I slowed as I approached them expecting them to part and let me through. They did not.

I came to a stop and two of the kids stood in front of my car blocking my movement. It was clear to me that they were showing off to the others. They were jousting me.

So --I did not run them over to teach them a lesson however I felt anger and the need to do so. I wanted to run over those two arrogant kids in a big way.:D

My point is that I see this Isis BS as not much different.--It's a bunch of kids looking for a way in this world and a few bullies showing them the way.

Religions are notorious for being at the root of conflicts but I see them as not much more than a start or trigger that starts a juvenile conflict.

When we teach our kids how to make their way in this world they will get it.   :2thumbs:   If we teach them to destroy this world they will get that as well. :eek2:

Taking out the the head of the snake is urgent. Killing all of the snake followers is not where the answer is.   :Twocents:

Mytur Binsdirti

Theodore Roosevelt had it right in 1907

'In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin.
BUT this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, Isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.'

Vlad Putin has it right in 2015

At that Mytur is a crucial difference between all the "legal" immigrants of the past and the "illegal" immigrants of today and in a large part even the legal ones....they want to remake the US into what they just left....they want the prosparity the US has to offer but want to live and act like the country they just left.....they expect the US to change our customs to appease them instead of adopting ours....at the risk of making Joe McCarthy roll over in his grave what Vlad says above is true...

Snopes.com debunks the quote from Vlad above.  They describe him saying something far less extreme.

Snopes says that above quote has been going around & attributed to various people since 2001.

But I agree the comments hit home.  Lately the melting-pot western countries have been dealing with some immigrants who aren't willing to do any melting themselves.

Political correctness is the problem and root (as ws23rt would say).  I'm glad that we're finally hearing more and more talk on ending political correctness from multiple wigs.   America is about freedom, most of these towel heads don't believe a woman should have the right to choose what clothes they wear among other mid evil ways of thought.    They are not like us, They don't want to be like us and they don't think as we do.

Attacking womens' rights just might get the bad guys into more trouble in the USA today than doing mass shootings.
