Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

I'll be in KS on Monday.  Although I'd like to see a tornado, I'd like to see it from a distance.  Maybe I'll stick to watching them on the Discovery Channel.

*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

everybody muscle car owner in Tornado Alley should have 2 concrete storm shelters. One for them, their family and their pets and then the second one for their muscle car. :icon_smile_cool:

We'll do that, if you give us the money for the 2nd shelter.  And, convince the city to let us build one.

Lives are far more important that a car, no matter how rare, or loved, that car is.
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.
