66 Charger sunk to one side

Why is my 66 leaning to the right?
I just replaced the leaf springs and torsion bars and the shocks.
What would cause that?

You JUST replaced that stuff, as in a few moments ago?  Drive your car around and give the chassis a chance to settle down...

Could be any of several things.

New parts haven't taken a set. New parts fit together differently causing binding. Parts were torqued into place before setting car on the ground. Bushings installed incorrectly. Leaf springs installed on wrong sides. Torsion bars adjusted to be equal in bolt length instead of load. T-bar sockets tearing in mounts. T-bars worn, cracked, and tearing. 

My bet is bushing torque, leaf spring orientation, or t-bar preload. Any or all of these are the typical mistake points during re-assembly.

At the risk of seeming like a dick, I wondered why the OP didn't think of this first. Seriously, how can someone rebuild a suspension and NOT check this first?

Could it also be something as simple as the front is not adjusted evenly (or is the torsion bar comment?)
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."? 

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Because, what I see happen in these types of situations, is they copied the adjusting bolt placement from their pre-rebuild position and then make it equal on both sides despite changing rates on all four corners.  However, lack of experience means they often don't know these are dynamic parts that can be changed when they go together to create better compatibility.  It also may not seem immediately obvious, because of that experience thing again, that making a significant change to the passenger side leaf spring now necessitates and adjustment on the driver's side torsion bar.

Watch out for old torsion bolts where the threads start to break.....mine did that oh boy.
