I'm pretty sure the old "dealership" has been sold.  Last year was the final use of it for any display.  I believe it has been sold to a local brewery.

More than likely the Charger display will be in Building Y

No surprise, I think the Millers found it useless for about 350 days a year and they have other building in Carlisle that are larger and more secure for general storage.

As a brewery the old dealership may come in handy.  The July days for the Chryslers at Carlisle have been excruciating hot, especially 2014 so a Brewery (assuming they serve, and not just brew) adjacent to the fairgrounds would do well.
