More money than brains. Within minutes of taking delivery the idiot wrecks his $1.9 Mil car. No driving skills what so ever. Didnt even try to get it back under control.  :brickwall:

I still don't see how he was going fast/hard enough to lose it?   :rotz:

Even still, after he lost it; did he just give up and not do anything?   :shruggy:

As for how fast the guy was going when he lost it - he probably was shifting gears.  Dumped the clutch too hard and lit 'em up.

Indeed, I'd just figure the car would better correct itself.  It's not like he was driving a 64 GTO or something that doesn't have traction control.

Meh.  If you're so rich that you can buy one of those cars then it doesn't mean a whole lot to you; that's how he wrecked it in the first place.  No respect for something that didn't really cost you anything...

lol... If you have never driven a car with real power this will happen.

Troy

Even if you have driven a "performance car" - it probably isn't anything like 950 hp in a go kart.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

I driven vehicles at those extremes as well. Doesn't much matter after about 7lbs per horsepower once you cross a certain threshold you have to know how to drive/ ride. Cars that powerful are no different than 200 horsepower motorcycles. You have to know how to feather that pedal/throttle on the right.

I agree that the owner of the LaFerrari probably was not too concerned about wrecking it. It's just a car right (his thinking). So what would I have done if it was me? I would have spent some time learning the car long before I tried to do "tricks" with it. But thats just me.

:iagree:

If you don't try to learn what the car's characteristics are you will wreck.
