When I took my boat cover off the beginning of this year I saw one leave that I missed when I packed it up got wet and stained the white vinyl on my seat cover as-well as a couple black spots (almost look like mold specks) on the red.  I was hoping they would have faded this summer but they did not.  Any tips on removing - or at least diminishing the stains???

1. vegetable oil
2. scrubbing bubbles
3. oxyclesn paste
4. TSP and bleach paste
5. Acetone

Use a soft toothbrush with any of the above.

Be careful with 3 and 4.  There are lots of shades of white, test them on the back of the cushion.
5 is the A-bomb.  Probably wouldn't try it unless you're working with pure white.

You could try soft scrub or bar keepers friend as well.
