saids in ad, 'Partially restored: new BF Goodrich tires and wheels, new exhaust, new gas tank & sending unit, new intake & carb.

LMAO......SO NEW EXHAUST, GAS TANK, ETC..IS PARTIAL RESTORE WOW....

66FBCharger

Seems a little high on the price especially with a 383 instead of the original 440.
It does look like a solid car though.

I don't think I'd be labeling it as partially restored either.  :o

HPP

Perspective. I've seen guys who thought filling rust holes with bondo and doing spray point touch ups was restored.

skip68

Bolt on parts does not classify or get credit as restoration.  The bulk and basic car itself where the actual restoration is needed has not been touched.
Far as over priced, it's absurdly over.  For that price it should be a nice looking and driving car.   These guys are trying to rip somebody less educated off.     :flame:

I partially restored my car several times a year.  Tires, carb changes, exhaust,  and so on.    :smilielol:

This belongs one thread down in the "Delusional Charger Sellers" thread.

Billy832

Wow, he is crazy on his price!  Did you notice his ad?  "We restore Chargers". Not exactly a glowing ad for his business.  I wonder if it really is a tail stripe delete car...that's interesting...
Some people are watchers and some people are doers...doers have Chargers!

Once again the "R word" rears its ugly head.  ::)
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Look at the inventory.  Search chargers and have a nice look at the white one.     you'll see the rattle can over spray of black on the stripe and white paint over the rust and old white paint.   Those cars are at our favourite dealer scammer from Illinois I'm betting.   The "Classic Car Guy" is not the owner/ seller of these cars.   He's basically a middleman advertising these cars.   For $150 he'll advertise your car.

It's clearly a restored RUST ROD.

myk

Someone bolts on new mufflers and the exhaust is considered new?  What about the rusted out exhaust pipes?   :shruggy:

Kern Dog

Yeah, I really like the "OEM correct" exhaust pipes.
