Replacement seal for pitman arm

Was under my '70 Charger today and noticed that the seal on the pitman arm is cracked. Anyone know where I can purchase just the rubber seal (boot). The Pitman arm itself is still good.

Holy crap! $44.95 for a small rubber boot type seal, that's amazing!     For that much money I'd just go ahead and buy the Pitman arm too.   But thanks for the information Fatboy, I appreciate it.
Will probably just clean, then repair the original with some black RTV.
