Wiper motor - anything new?

Wondering if there is any option besides the stock system and 2 or 3 speed motors (1970 for me). This would include the motor and the arms.  Does any aftermarket place offer a new design system: maybe a stepper motor on something to do delay wipe, etc.? Would be nice if it looked stock, but I'll consider anything.  Maybe you fancy Charger guys have a source - I have a lowly Plymouth - lol. (It's okay: I'm looking to get an FM3 Charger). Thank you.
