ok, i'm stupid, need diagram

I've been tinkering with my car this winter and had the accelerator cable out and lost that little grommet and clip that holds it into the metal bracket that bolts to the floor/firewall.  Tom at RT specialties says he has new clip and grommet but I can remember how the hell it went back together.  Is it a sign that I'm over 50 ??  Anybody got a diagram or picture?

Besides the grommet and clip there's also a thin washer.

Remove the firewall bracket, install the grommet, reinstall the firewall bracket, push the cable end through the grommet (the firewall end of the cable housing has a narrow groove for the clip), install the washer and then the e-clip.
