71-74 charger offset spring shackles and hangers?

Anyone ever installed the offset shackels and rear leaf hangers in order to move springs closer to frame to allow for a bigger tire size? How far do these offsets move the springs inward? Summit has the parts but the tech guy didn't have a clue when I started asking specifics
