69 Rear Quarter Window Electric Window Regulator Install Question

Hello!

Having a problem with installing my Charger rear window regulators.  Its factory electric windows and I mixed up the regulator springs front and rear.  Do the larger coil springs go on the front windows regulators and the smaller ones on the rears?

Also, I do remember that there was tension on the front regulators with the electric window motor installed, not sure by how much.  Is there suppose to be tension on the rears too with the electric motors installed and how do i do it? 

I've gone thru the service manual and looked quite a bit online for answers with out luck.
