simply... there is not a regular paint able to hold the machine gun exhaust tip red finish ( heat and fumes/carbon )... I have being adviced to be powdercoated. Local powdercoat shops are telling couldn't hold it either. there is one Shop telling me it holds up to 220 Celsius ( we read celsious )

whats actually the max temp can get an exhaust tip ? after a LONG road, maybe 5-6 hours trip at 80 MPH average for example

It can vary a lot...  Pick up one of those infrared thermometers - cheap and then you can check anywhere you want.  :yesnod:

Why not use the High Temp Ceramic Coating?  My powder coater here has black or gray and there are other colors.

I got a little infrared thermometer at Harbor Freight for I think $10. Not sure they still have them.
I'd test mine for ya but it's below freezing outside.

Ok, the problem is ( yes there is another ).

when I got the first set of tips from an ebay seller called "jiema" or something like that the paint on them didn't hold anything... couple of days riding around on city, it burnt.

Then got the pieces from PG Classic... one week around the city and it was AMAZING... it hold everything. Then leave the city. Ride for 2 hours at around 80-100 mph, barelly began to burnt. Then coming back to my city, and finish to burn. Of course my city is around 3 feet over the sea, and the other city is barelly above thousand feet... coming back I gave more gas to the car.

So is not the same simply test it on the garage, riding the city or making a trip

An exhaust tip shouldn't be getting so hot that it burns the finish off. I couldn't quote you an exact temp, but I can't say I've seen it happen before.
I have painted exhaust systems with high heat spray can finish that has held up for years at highway speeds for hour long trips, and this was at positions much closer to the engine than the tips.

I'd be wondering if there was something in my engine set  up that was producing excessive exhaust temps, such as excessively lean mixtures.

You can get high temp coatings put on them to resolve the discoloration. Like Jet Hot. This is not a cheap solution for us stateside, and especially expensive for you with international shipping.

I sprayed the whole exhaust on my Cummins with flat black header paint. It has been holding up for over a year, truck is drivien daily. Rain snow mud etc. Prep is the key!  Exhaust temps on a gas engine at the temp should never get too hot.
