I've recently been transplanted from Washington State to central Virginia.  Yesterday was a beautiful day and I could hear the Charger calling me.  We went for a killer 5 hour cruise...I just can't believe the open roads around here!  The Charger just loved being out and cruising, but I was wondering if there are any other Chargers around here to cruise with.  One Charger opened some eyes, I'd like to see what two or three or more Chargers would do driving through some of these small towns.

I don't see that happening unless they put a huge fine on first offence.

not just a huge fine, they should also impound the offenders phone.
If you have to buy a new phone every time you get caught the bill can get ugly real quick.....

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Welcome to Virginia.
I'm in Lynchburg and I usually see classic cars out until the first salting of the highways.

Big Loss for the Wa state Charger scene. Best of luck in the new location.

I almost made it to Lynchburg the other day.  I headed back east when I got to Amherst.  I live in Midlothian.  You just can't find open roads like that in Western Washington.  You have to go east of the mountains to have miles of road with nobody slowing you down or riding your back bumper.  This alone makes the move worth it!

Thanks triple green.   I'll miss all of my Charger and car show buddies!  I had to leave the '66 (as well as all of my other MoPars) behind in Washington.  I have a feeling the guy will be trying to flip it next spring.

Hey Steve
Great to hear everything is going well, we miss you back here for sure. Thanks again for the fobs, they are mint, and will
be used thinking of you.

Yes, that is why I loved going to Eastern WA all my life, only went there twice this year, lots of fires where we like
to drive the most, Winthrop is a great area, practically grew up over in that area.

Drove our horse trailer to Maple Valley today. came home in the 1-ton on 405 in Renton--- stop and go at 1:30, good old Fridays.

I used to live in Va., stay away from 95, the biggest parking lot in the U.S.

:eek2:  I didn't know that.

I envy the driving.  The Spring is even better - just when the leaves first turn green.

Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

I'm in Lynchburg too, 74Rallye and I are "notorious associates," and also have several other Mopar friends in the area.  Let us know when you're heading this way some time.  From April until Sept, there's a cruise-in to hit basically every Sat of the month.

I bought a 69 Charger out of Roanoke. I know there's at least one less from around those parts. It now resides in Australia.

I'm looking forward to meetin y'all!

Didn't quite make it to Lynchburg today.  Only made it to Aopomatox.  Crisp day, great drive, the Charger was itching for a run and the beat part is the wife joined me today.  The only way to make a country cruise even better.

If I ever plan to cruise in advance I'll try to get in touch with some of you.

If I don't make it out that far this winter, I'll definitely be out there in the spring!
