Here's the breakdown of the fender
tag. It's curious that there is no code for
the AC on the car. It's installed as it woukd be from
the factory with Chrysler parts.

I suspect it was a dealer install.
Also interesting that the car was made
in Canada having been built for US order.

God bless the Candian military.

Tom,  H51 is the AC code. At least it is/was in 69/70.

Nice ride.   :2thumbs:

Hey, have you started digging through the car for a broadcast sheet yet?

The car is at the shop for a couple little things I can no
longer do myself. Sucks having a back that doesn't cooperate.
Prolly won't be ready until next week....ball joints won't be done
until then. I've planted the seed of being unable to get the rear
seat cushion up so I'll hit him with that when I go to pay the bill.
I hope the build sheet reflects a factory cruise control install but
I'm not having them hook it back up. With a new Holley/Edlebrock combo I
don't know if it can be made functional again.  :shruggy:

The next owner can take that on. My buddy who owns the shop
told me today how tight, right and clean the drivetrain and undercarriage is.
Nice to know. A guy on the A Body forum has sold me the correct jack,
tire iron and hold down spring. I'm also getting a correct AM radio from him
and all the trim clips I need to reinstall the bottom trim pieces on the back
window. The guy I bought the car from pulled them off intending
to replace the gasket and decided the $50 or so for a new gasket was " too
much money for a gasket"..........jack wagon. Lost the clips of course.

I got all the DMV stuff done Monday. When the title arrives I'll put the car
on the market. It would make a great Christmas gift.
The car has a Clarion AM/FM Cassette unit in the car that works but for the
$40 I'm paying for the AM radio I couldn't pass it up. Might be something
that someone else would want to convert with new guts and reinstall.

Congrats on the new acquisition, Tom!
Looks like a nice little A-body.  :yesnod:
Best of luck to you whatever you decide to do with it.

Thanks Bill. I'm vacillating between keeping it or not.
The car is so straight and well taken care of that I know
part of me would regret selling it.

A bit of bad juju befell me yesterday.......I brought some
parts to the shop and asked my buddy to hold a body dolly
under the hood so I could tap down a dimple on the hood.
I tapped down the dimple alright but caused a nickel
size paint chip.  :brickwall:
