Correct Vacuum Hose placement for 71 440?

I am questioning what is the correct vacuum hose placement for a 1971 440 with the duel Air Snorkel Cleaner.  There are 2 vacuum operated "canisters" on the tip if both snorkels, that somehow connect to the bottom of the air cleaner.  Does anyone know for sure what is the correct path, and what connects to what? ?  There is  "T" in the hoses connecting them, but I am not sure how exactly they connect to the bottom, or to the vacuum from the booster.  Any help is appreciated.

I've been trying to resize the picture I took of your air cleaner for the last half hour with no luck.  I don't have my laptop here and don't have anything on my tablet that can do this.  I've tried several online resie sites with no luck so I'm glad you posted this.

THANK YOU SIR...I appreciate it.  That helps.  Not sure I understand HOW it works to open and close the flaps in the snorkel, but what the heck.  I understand that when its cold it takes heat from the manifold to help warm it up, and then at some point it opens up the "cool" air from the snorkels, but it still boggles me how that works!  Thanks.

The little plastic device in the back is a thermostat so when the engine is cold and you fire it up, both flaps close and let the warm air in from the manifold.  Once the thermostat senses the air is warm enough it releases the vacuum on the drivers side pod and the flap opens to the ambient air and closes the manifold air.  The passenger side flap stays closed under vacuum until you get in the higher rpm's where the vacuum drops and opens the snorkel to let in more air.

Pretty much agree except the second snorkel doesn't really open at higher rpm's but rather at low vacumm. Wide open throttle at low rpm's will open the snorkel to let more air in because the increased air flow is needed when the secondaries on the carb are open.
