Is it worth taking a look at at that price? Or is it better to start from scratch?

price looks good... but I can't comment how good or bad it is, and I don't think anyone can.... from pictures ?
Nonetheless,
they are L2266 pistons... .090" down the hole at TDC, not alot for compression or quench if aluminum heads are contemplated ?  Just say'in... nicer to be 10:1 with aluminum ?

IMO, you cannot buy or build a motor without knowing what cylinder head you will be using, and vise versa.  Generally speaking, I recommend against buying a motor that does not have zero deck piston height.   :Twocents:

500" NA, Eddy head, pump gas, exhaust manifold with 2 1/2 exhaust with tailpipes
4150 lbs with driver, 3.23 gear, stock converter
11.68 @ 120.2 mph

Thanks guys. I will let it pass. It wont suit my needs. My main concern with it was, how much compression?
