'68 Charger R/T:
I used SEM to paint my door panels, arm rests, dash padding, defroster vents, kick panels, etc.
What do you use to paint the Metal trim above windshield and side windows?
Would you recommend the SEM on these metal trim pieces?

I painted my metal dash frame with body paint followed with a flat clear.  It came out good.

The upper headliner molding at the windshield was finished in a suede textured paint originally like the dash frame. You can duplicate this with SEM Trim Black or any other semi-flat black paint.
The side headliner moldings were gloss, this can be duplicated with spray can gloss black paint (Krylon, Duplicolor, etc).

All my metal trim is Burgundy.
The SEM Burgundy and Napa Red matched all my plastic and Vinyl pieces, in the car, very well.
I guess using Duplicolor or Krylon, if the color matched, would be an order of magnitude easier than trying to do what I did on the dash frame.  Especially when it comes to clean-up.

Check out Herb's Parts' line of interior paints.   :Twocents:
Or...   take a piece of trim down to the local auto parts store (or hardware store), & try to match it with something close in a spray can.
Herb's would be my first choice, though...  :scratchchin:
