I have been working on rebuilding my rear differential and have just about finished.  We assembled it this past weekend.  We just need to install the brake shoes, drums and parking brake cables.

I thought I'd share a few pics with you.

Very nice job Shakey!  :2thumbs: On the 68's I believe the rear end was 30 degrees black (gloss). Are 69 rear's semi gloss?

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Thanks.  I was told semi-gloss black.  That is John Deere Chassis black.   ;)  We thought it looked pretty good so we went with it.  Many thanks to my Father-in-Law Wayne for contributing to the resto fund.   :icon_smile_big:
