Jeez bust the new guys balls about the correct forum and then you dont offer any help?

I would remove the gas tank.  remove the exhuast and take a hammer and tap on the frame rails where you think there are pin holes and you should be able to feel how hard or soft it is.

Can you post a picture of the areas for us to see.  it would help a lot.  Hopefully its not as bad as my car was...

terrible one

You will definitly need a good donor car, or the rails from one if you have to replace sections. However, I think i remember a thread containing info about a place that sells frame rails.

Welcome aboard! When you decide what to cut out, makesure you brace the Charger nice and level off the ground (even plane if possible) so that you can use that plane as reference for checking measurements, etc.., also brace the body somehow by possibly tacking in place some steel braces so that the Charger's body does not flex. Take photo's and show us/post your project. We might be able to offer you some other tips. Some of the members here are true Charger surgeons that know their stuff, been there and can offer you ways around pit falls. Good luck. Cheers, Mike.
