Anyone else buy from Herbs parts?

I purchased a 1969  R/T headlight door emblem from them. I recieved it yesterday. It's beautifully painted but for some reason the part #s have been dremeled off. Just wondering why they did that? This part isn't reproduced as best as I can tell.

I've bought from them a few times and no complaints or issues.  Maybe it was like that when they got it?

I bought repros.  Maybe they grind Part#s and logos off because they are not licensed dealers of Mopar parts

That's the way BE&A/PG Classics does it. Everything has a number and on parts that aren't licensed they are ground off. Makes it cheaper. I'm not sure who the supplier is but I doubt Herbs ground anything off themselves. I haven't bought any repro emblems to compare.
