CAN ANYONE SCAN THE ASSEMBLY DRAWING IN THE '71 SERVICE MANUAL THAT SHOWS THE CABLE ROUTING ETC.. FOR THE 71 B-BODY PARKING BRAKE ASSEMBLY?

Try "CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-PRINT SCREEN" all at the same time. Open Word and paste. It might work.

Here it is from the 73 service manual.  I don't have 71, at least not the chassis section.
