68' Charger on a rotisserie in a body shop in Rochester, NY.

So a biddy just had his Camaro repainted and a few repairs done and in some of the pics from inside the shop there is a 68' Charger body on a rotisserie. He was told that the owner has about 30 MOPARS and had moved to Florida since they have had the car..

Does anyone here know who that car might belong to?? Does this story sound familiar?? I am wondering if this is a member??
