2003 dodge dakota rear brake lines

Need help on this one.  Anyone know where to get the rear brake hose right side for a 2003 dodge dakota with discs?  Checked NAPA, autozone, advance auto, and google but I think I am striking out.  It has a short rubber hose and goes into a steel line and looks like a permanent fitting their.  It looks more like what they sell for the front ends like that.  The ones the part stores seem to have look only rubber hose and one site said they were for drum.  Doesn't help that they are also all order parts. 

Issue is one side of rear brakes won't fully release.  Pry a little with a screwdriver and they release fine or pop open the bleed screw.

You said that one side won't release fully.  Is their another reason that you suspect the problem to be a brake line issue?

I have a 98 Dakoda and had a similar problem with my front brakes. The issue with mine was the pistons were sticking in the caliper bores. They were made of something other than metal and were gummed up as well.

The fix was new pistons and seals. Cheap too.

Was thinking brake line because I could pry them back in with some help from a screwdriver.  So was thinking some line restrictions after checking that the pads moved easily on the guides.  Also noted though that backing out the bleed screw fluid was shooting out when looked so probably the calipers is the better place to start. 

Still wondering where to find these lines because eventually that rubber will need replaced and just seems odd so hard to find.
