Trust Me, I know the answer to this question,  I just want my charger friends to chime in.  Would you sell a 2nd gen jack, base, and lug wrench for $275 including shipping?  Please let the world realize the truth.

Daytona R/T SE

Condition? :shruggy:

If it's not rusty....

And it works...

$400. :scratchchin:

Just light surface rust on base only around the edge.  Great for a survivor car.  Jack mechanism works perfect.

i would love to buy one for that. sell one? no.

And, does anyone here really cough up that amount of money for a jack?

I'm vey far from an anal 100% factory spec guy, but I dont even intend to start searching for an oem jack. So that brings me to the next point : how does everyone drive around? Without jack?

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

When I got my car (18-years ago) it was missing it's base plate. Don't ask me how that the $%^#!@#! got lost, but it did. I looked all over here in rust-free (sort-of) Colorado, but found nothing. While marketing an Army Corps of Engineers contract in deepest, darkest Oklahoma, I spied an interesting looking junkyard coming back from some Air Force base somewhere (Tinker?). When was the last time you ever saw a man in a suit and tie pulling parts in muggy 100 degree heat?  The owner thought I was certifiable, and he might have been right except for the fact that I had found an almost perfect base plate in the trunk of a trashed 68' R/T Coronet. It even had/has it's little use sticker intact.

Score !!!   Probably Tinker AFB

The last good working jack on ebay sold, and it had an 8 on it for 68, or very early 69. Came with base plate and wrench, sold for $295.00, I would
pay that if I needed one   :yesnod:
