need help with modern resto on 68

Hey y'all I'm picking up a 68 next week and I'd like to throw in a new 6.4 392 engine. I've read a couple posts but they all seem kinda broad. Just looking to see how much labor and adjusting it would take to put it in. Ultimately I want it 6 speed so if you have any other suggestions in all eyes n ears. Thanks!

Be forewarned, IMO there isn't a lot of reason to make the switch in terms of cost-effective fun.  The conversion is very expensive.  The end result is a motor that is decades more advanced but not really more powerful than the old stuff.

So you think it'd be more wise getting a 440? Ideally I'd like a 6 speed but if going old school will give me more power I could throw out that idea
