this cars fender tag reads XH29 and the vin says XP29 is that a 70's thing. its close to me and i thought about going to look at it but from the description, it might sound to rough for my skills. but still curious as to the H part, thanks.

It's odd that they don't match though.(?) I see a picture of the fender tag but the VIN was typed into the ad. Perhaps it's a typo.

But anyway... yes, there was an "XH" in 1970. Chargers were typically "premium" priced cars but they added a more economical ("high" priced) version that year. Basically a stripped down base model.
