But the front leaks... :flame:  I finally got the glass guy to stop by to do this yesterday so I can haul the charger down to FL...  Everything went well, but as he was installing the front, I mentioned about the sealer to keep it from leaking.  He told me one wasn't needed since it had a gasket. Being that I am not a "professional" glass installer, I took his word for it.   I don't want to be the one to say "I told you so...", but I probably will once it's all said and done.  Luckily they will come and fix it... I just need to get him back out here to fix it before I haul the car down to FL.  I may have to reference some of the threads on here for him to look through so I know it's done right.

Tell the glass guy to not try to be smarter than the Chrysler engineers. They used sealant from the factory probably for a reason

Any warranty? i'd say start over again....
Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

Yea, it's under warranty.  The problem is getting they guy to come back to do it before I move to Tampa next week.  He lives about 2 miles from my house, but is always doing insurance replacement glass work.  He has one of those mobile glass company deals.

Just had the same issue with Safelite. They did a good job but he had to call his boss about the sealer. Then he only put it on the top and sides, not the most important parts, the bottom corners.  :shruggy: I bought the same sealer he was using on ebay and just did the rest myself, looks perfect now. 7 bucks, but still, they should know how to do it.  :Twocents:

What sealer did you use?  3m glass and bedding sealer...

This is what he was using, so I bought the same stuff. Urethane, nasty and messy, be careful, I taped off everything and it came out really nice.
