Hey guys,
Does anybody have any experience buying a Charger from a builder in California called "classiccarguy.com? He claims to sell custom rebuilt chargers as his specialty. Says he has a crew that has been doing it for ten years with a combination of new old stock and aftermarket sheet metal and other parts. They are around 40K and I was just wondering if anyone had seen or heard of the quality of his work?

:eek2: $39,900 for that?? The background shots actually look like HLPAG's lot when they were rolling hack generals out... they only asked $19,999 for terds though lol. On a quick glance, $39k gets you a custom radio block off plate, weird recovered seats, 15 spoke $100 wheels, and column shift.. No thanks
i live in CHARGERLAND.. visitors welcome. 166 total, 7 still around

That is HLPAG's lot in the pics.

Maybe they're trying to rig things so the cars appear to be coming from Cali now.

I know they have a lot of cars listed in the classifieds on JJ Best's website, I knew it looked a lot like the HPLAG ads. I kinda hope it is part of HPLAG, it would be a shame to think there are TWO people out there running the same scam.

Whenever I hear someone say "crime doesn't pay" then I start telling them about Hans Ludke.  The guy has been doing this to people for at least 15 years now.  Seems to be making a living at it.

Can't blame him. What does this tell you bout the stupidity of the average buying muscle car fan? With Google and the Internet, there is simply no excuse for stupid idiots getting taken.

I basically agree.

But Hans does keep changing the name of his place regularly.  And now it seems he is starting to disguise the location.
