While I am the first to admit I am a lover not a fighter what do you guys feel about ambrose traveling half way round the world to smack Meirs one the cheek.

My opinion is that this guy was in his personal space far too long,and after Ambrose tried to walk away this ##$$%^^ witt grabs him and pulls him back.I feeling that that is a fair call for a smacking from Marcos but also being half a world away am interested in your thoughts.Would like to remind you guys of a incident about 8 years ago when a kiwi living in Australia put Marcos into the wall at Bathurst and taunted him to F/Off to America.Lots believe that Murphy was due a wacking that day {ME included} so maybe Meirs was the wrong man at the write time.

I agree...  When Mears grabbed Ambrose, in what I would call an aggressive manner, he has every right to defend himself.  No penalty for either...  Boys have at it!  Pretty good right hook, if I do say so myself.

72 Your right about the right hook.There is some slow motion footage of it and Casey's head really rocks back.I feel that Mears legs went so he was pretty close to being knocked out.We Ripper.

I would have liked to have seen the incident on track that caused this.   As for the punch itself, I don't mind it.   Only problem is, he'll more likely just get taken out entirely on the track instead of in the pits confrontations.
