69 grill center section

I am thinking of selling a 69 grill center section and as far as I can tell, it is perfect except for the paint.  I have seen crazy numbers for an asking price but I need a realistic one.  Any good ideas?  Don't appear to be many for sale on Ebay or in the swap meet section of this forum.  Thanks

I bought one with one fin missing, had 1 crack, and two mounts needing repair for $250 back a few months ago. I also sold a 68 grille center, needing similar repairs, had a few cracked fins, but no missing  pieces for $225.
