1973/74 Tali Light Lens

I did a search and didn't find anything on this topic. Why do some of the tail light lenses on the 1973/74 Chargers have a silver painted line and the raised edge of each rectangle on the lens and some lights do not have the silver line? Was it a difference in Rallye, SE or hardtop? I see they are reproduced with and without the silver edge. Interesting.

my 74 se has the silver painted raised edge on each rectangle as well as a chrome surrounding the tail light, some cars shown online do not look like the surround is chrome.

SE got the chrome trim.

SE "dress up" package. Otherwise the tail lamps are the same.
You can duplicate by using a silver/chrome paint pen.
Same as the "silver" on the side markers.
