Help with build sheet decoding 68 charger RT

build sheet decoding for 68 charger RTHello, I just recently got this 68 RT from another member and very happy to get this car!!!! I was wondering if anyone  can help decode the build/broadcast sheet for my new car I really want to restore her back to its original state as best as possible. Some of the harder to read numbers starting with the top line I'm looking to get the entire sheet decoded below is the hardest to read numbers. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!!
