Let me see if I can explain what this is.. for the emergency brake, this is a little bracket that mounts to the frame or body that the e brake cable goes to about 2 ft. before the drum? I think it looks like an "L" shaped bracket about the size of a 50ct piece and has a c clip on it.

I have an excellent original for the frame rail which won't bend when used and also have a good used original that goes on the bottom of the floor pan PM or e-mail me

You have noooo idea what a relief that is!  I crawled under my car with a flashlight to find this elusive bracket but could not find anything but the one I showed.  I thought great!  Another part I need.

All I had to go by was a brief description from the guy that is restoring it, he said i can't really describe it because it's not here   

I actually searched this site for underbody pics and came up with this.

It's all I could find on mine, although it seems it has lost some shine and gained some character compared to the red car.
