LOL.  Good to see that some men across the world share a common trait: the inability to approach the opposite sex...

Here in Utah, if you're not married leaving high school, hang it up.

jeez  how do they feel when they come down here where there are so  few "hang ups " ?

" perving" is almost a national pass time    not uncommon to see a pretty girl walking your way  and stop and wait for her to walk past and check the rear view 

being called a "perv" is almost a complement  and  is almost always said with a big smile on their face , going by the way they start swinging the hips when they know your looking they don't mind at all

If you want to get laid then hitting on women is still as vital the process in the USA as anywhere else.  The stakes are just higher.  If you think a chick might like to sleep with you but you guess wrong, then she has the option of embarrassing you, getting you in trouble at work/etc, or sometimes even putting you in jail over it.  On the other hand if you guess right then you may do really well because you showed more guts than most by sexually hitting on her.  Its a "high risk, high reward" situation.  


If you are looking at a woman as "relationship potential" then you may want to hold some of the aggressive stuff and just be friendly with her.  But if she is interested in talking to you then don't wait around too long before sending signals of at least some kind of romantic interest.  Otherwise you will end up in a place we call "The Friend Zone" which is usually unrecoverable.  Once that happens then no booty shall ever be collected no matter how much effort & attention you keep dumping into her.

Interesting read that just shows how diverse America is, and how the county might be perceived by a visitor to one place, or limited interaction with certain groups of people.
