Engine to dash cluster ground

In my 68 Charger FSM the engine wiring diagram shows a ground wire from the engine to the dash cluster. Is there any specific spot on the cluster to attach it? FSM does not show any ground wire to the cluster on the dash wiring diagram.

Its a bit misleading.  The wire from the engine actually goes to the firewall.  The instrument cluster is grounded AFTER it is properly screwed into the dash frame.  The vehicle chassis is the common thread there.
